Barnson Pty Ltd was engaged by Fletcher International Exports to document and oversee the construction of two new large industrial cotton storage facilities, roads and storage and loading areas. The new buildings form part of an existing freight transport facility that contains a rail siding, various roads, grain storage silos, bunkers and loading structures, weighbridges, sheds, effluent disposal tanks and stormwater retention basins and dams.

The buildings are considered to be some of the largest clear spanned portal framed buildings ever erected. The rafters clear span 77mm between columns and the buildings are 132m long, 7.2m high at the eave, 14.13m high at the ridge and have 20m wide by 8m high sliding doors at each end to enable road trains to drive in and out of the buildings in one direction.
