The Barnson team was involved from concept to construction, providing comprehensive design services, documentation, and project management throughout the project.

The project involved the design of a contemporary single storey, four bedroom home positioned on the block to take full advantage of the northern facing rear elevation of the house. All living areas and the main bedroom were placed on the northern side, overlooking the in-ground lap pool, whilst unoccupied rooms such as garage and laundry face the western elevation and insulate the house from the local areas harsh western sun.

The home was finished with high quality fittings and extensive custom built joinery throughout.
