When Barnson opened its doors in 1992 by founders Richard Noonan and Brett Anderson, their aim was to develop a business in regional NSW to rival the best multi-disciplinary engineering consultancies in the major metropolitan centres. We recognised that to do that we needed to deliver personalised service and uncompromising quality to our clients.

Today, Barnson has achieved that goal by investing heavily in the areas that we believe will deliver the desired outcomes; our systems, processes, and team. These three areas combined ensure that our quality systems are recognised by the highest quality standards; ISO 9001-2000 and NATA Australia. Our internal quality control processes guarantee that our work is technically sound, meeting legal and technical requirements.

The Barnson team is dedicated to a collaborative, solutions based approach to our work. We value our people as the integral part of our business. We aim to develop and nurture our staff to retain them and provide career pathways.
