When Andrew Lambiris came to Barnson, he was looking for a one-stop shop. What he found was a firm that could meet al lthe design and planning requirements for his $950,000 project.

Project manager, Rawdon Stanford said lots of coordination was needed to cover all aspects of the project. "The beauty of handling all aspects of this project was that we could turn to each arm of the business and immediately know where things were up to," Rawdon said.

"Everything fell into sequence for the project to roll ahead with minimal delay. This was a great example of how one firm can address all the milestones and save time and money for the developer."
